What exactly are face oils?
Face oils are made from natural plant oils and are rich in essential fatty acids and vitamins.
How do they work?
When oils are applied they are absorbed directly into the top layers of the epidermis where they feed the skin, improving hydration levels. You’ll often see immediate results from the first application.
What do they do?
They deeply hydrate and nourish the skin, helping to reduce fine lines, enlarged pores, soothe and calm irritations and reduce oil production.
How can we incorporate them into a skincare regime?
They can be used after cleansing and before moisturising, mixed in with your moisturiser for added hydration, or used alone at night.
What kind of skin types do they work best on?
Face oils benefit all skin conditions, particularly dry skin, needing a moisture boost, through to oily/combination skin, to help balance sebum production.
